OnePurpose:
This instrument uses planar reflective grating spectroscopy to study the composition and content of substances. It is mainly used for daily qualitative analysis of metal alloys (including mineral mine stones), impurity identification of pure metals and materials, and in conjunction with various accessories, for laser micro area analysis, recording flash and weak light phenomena.
II Instrument features:
1. The optical system adopts an Albert vertical symmetry device, which can correct coma and aberration to an ideal level. The spectral lines are clear, the structure is uniform, and the sensitivity is high over a long spectral range.
2. The instrument adopts a three lens achromatic illumination method, and the slit obtains uniform illumination, making the blackness of the same spectral line uniform.
3. Hartmann grating and third-order, nine valent light reducing plate in front of the instrument seam.
4. Applicable control box control spectrum process.
5. The instrument is equipped with DC arc and AC arc light sources to meet the needs of different analysis tasks.
6. The instrument configuration workbench is easy to install and operate.
7. The spectral lines of the iron sample at the standard wavelength during the preprocessing stage are fresh.
8. The central wavelength display realizes UI interface and human-computer interaction.
9. Use high-precision screws and gratings to adjust the center wavelength.
10. The instrument adopts full digital control, which can achieve automation of phase plate movement.
11. The instrument achieves full visualization and can directly display the time and center wavelength of pre burning, exposure, and plate movement.
